Conference Calls Integrations: Hangouts, Zoom, GoToMeetingDownload Spark Ar Studio For Mac Osx
With a growing number of distributed teams across multiple time zones and virtual meetings being scheduled with clients and partners across the globe, online conference calls have become a new standard for business meetings. As a result, more and more people spend their time managing conference calls details trying to schedule their meetings online.
Anyone who lives by their calendar, schedules meetings or joins conference calls on a regular basis had to leave Spark and open Google Calendar to join the call or schedule the meeting using services like Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting or Zoom. Now, you can easily add conference call links to events and see embedded links in existing events to join conference calls without ever leaving Spark. These integrations are available both on iOS and macOS.
To get started, sign into the conference calls service of your choice in Spark’s Preferences.
Next time you have to create an event, simply select your service from the list and a link will be automatically generated for you.
Once you create an event with a link or receive an invite that includes a link with one of the services, you’ll see it in the event preview window and you can just click on the link to launch the call.
As we welcome more and more tools and services into our daily workflows, it’s becoming hard to keep up with all of them and ensure they actually help us stay productive. Managing conference calls and switching between the apps is definitely not something you should be wasting your time with. With Spark, we want to streamline daily workflow routines as much as possible and help you do the work that adds real value.
You can get the new Spark for your iPhone or iPad and macOS for free and love your email again!
